Illegal Korean guides are a big problem in Viet Nam, with some Koreans working in Viet Nam guiding tourists or doing guide tasks without proper guide qualifications. They not only do not provide legal services to visitors, but they also violate Vietnamese laws and regulations.
Illegal guides frequently draw foreign tourists from tourist sites to directly guide them, or they frequently provide guide services by setting up an appointment in advance on the Internet. They do not, however, have legal qualifications and may provide inaccurate information or cause harm to tourists.
For example, a recent problem with illegal Korean guides in Lam Dong in Viet Nam's central Highlands has damaged the tourism image. The Lam Dong Province Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is planning strict measures against unqualified tour guides in response to the problem. Ngoc director said Korean guides have problems misinterpreting Viet Nam's culture and history and instilling false perceptions in tourists.
This problem can have a negative impact on the tourism industry in Viet Nam, as well as the safety of tourists due to the existence of illegal guides. Therefore, I believe that the Vietnamese government and the Korean government should make efforts to strengthen cooperation on this issue, strengthen the capacity of legitimate guides, and provide reliable information and services to tourists.
베트남에서 한국인 불법 가이드 문제는 베트남에서 활동하는 일부 한국인들이 합법적인 가이드 자격이 없이 관광객을 안내하거나 가이드 업무를 수행하는 심각해진 문제입니다. 이들은 관광객들에게 합법적인 서비스를 제공하지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 베트남의 법과 규정을 위반하는 행위를 저지르기도 합니다.
불법 가이드들은 주로 관광지에서 외국인 관광객들을 끌어들여 직접 안내하거나, 인터넷을 통해 사전에 약속을 잡고 가이드 서비스를 제공하는 경우가 많습니다. 그러나 이들은 합법적인 자격이 없으며, 관광객들에게 부적절한 정보를 제공하거나 피해를 입힐 수 있습니다.
예를 들어, 베트남 중부고원지대 럼동성(Lam Dong)에서 최근에 발생한 한국인 불법 가이드 문제로 인해 관광 이미지가 훼손되었습니다. 럼동성 문화체육관광국은 이 문제에 대한 대응으로 무자격 관광 가이드에 대한 엄단 조치를 계획하고 있습니다. 응옥 국장은 한국인 가이드가 베트남의 문화와 역사를 잘못 해석하고 관광객들에게 잘못된 인식을 심어주는 문제가 있다고 밝혔습니다
이 문제는 불법 가이드의 존재로 인해 관광객들의 안전이 위협받을 수 있고, 베트남의 관광 산업에도 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다. 따라서 베트남 정부와 한국 정부는 이 문제에 대한 협력을 강화하고, 합법적인 가이드들의 역량을 강화하며, 관광객들에게 신뢰할 수 있는 정보와 서비스를 제공하기 위한 노력해야한다고 생각합니다.
